With degrees in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and a European Master’s in Global Mobility, Diversity, and Social Inclusion, Ivan specializes in strategic partnership development, stakeholder engagement, financial planning, and fostering inclusion in educational, vocational, and social contexts. His leadership reflects a commitment to empowering intercultural communities through innovation, accessibility, and creative collaboration.
KATYA SAVCHENKO
Co-founder & Manager of MourariART
An accomplished art curator and production manager, Katya has over a decade of experience orchestrating large-scale international art projects. Her work spans both institutional and independent settings, encompassing programming, logistics, production, and mentoring young artists. With an MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from a leading UK university and a distinction-marked thesis on the social value of art, she has also lectured in art management. Katya’s achievements include a Best Curatorial Project award from a European cultural network and artist residencies in Stockholm and Barcelona. Currently, she is pursuing professional training in Learning Experience Design to further enhance her impact in art and education.

As the Manager of ME-hub, she leads initiatives to support migrant entrepreneurs in building impactful businesses by coordinating personalized mentorship programs, facilitating specialized training sessions, and organizing events such as business fairs. With a background in strategic marketing, branding, and stakeholder engagement from her M.A. in Communications, Marketing, and Advertising, Monét combines creative vision with operational expertise. Her experience spans podcast production, nonprofit management, and strategic communications, reflecting her dedication to fostering inclusive growth and community impact.

As a Brands Sculptor at MourariUP, he transforms entrepreneurs' visions and values into unique and impactful visual identities, creating logos, color schemes, and communication materials that reflect the essence of each business.
